- Try to choose products according to your skin type and use the same brand range of skin whitening products means do not use different brand products on your skin.

- If your skin type is sensitive and you want to go for an advance skin whitening treatment then it is always better to consult with cosmetologist first.

- Bleaching is beneficial in scar removal, and helps reduce sun tan, pigmentation and clears the skin to make it look lighter and whiter. But it should be done carefully as if the ingredients have not mixed in proper proportion or you put it more than the applicable time, it might burn your skin.

- Try to use herbal bleach if you are with sensitive skin.

- Use a good quality sunscreen lotion on skin when going in sun.

- Use waterproof sunscreen lotion while going to swimming.

- Make a remedy by drying some orange peels in sun. After drying grind them in a mixture and make powder. Add raw milk to make a paste and use this paste on your skin regularly. Use water for washing.

- Make a paste by mixing sandalwood powder + lemon juice + tomato juice + cucumber juice to it, apply on the skin till it dries in order to brighten your skin tone.

- Gram flour can be also used for making skin whitening mask. In order to make this remedy mix 2 spoonfuls of gram flour + a pinch of turmeric + few drops lemon juice + few drops + milk cream. Apply this paste on your skin and use it on a regular basis.

- Soak almonds in water overnight. Peel them off in the morning. Make a paste and add honey to it. Apply it on face and scrub it off when dries to make skin whiter and glowing.

- Potatoes have juice is quite helpful in giving an even skin tone. Reduce pigmentation and blemishes. It can be applied on the skin everyday to get it whiter.

Cold winter weather and dry skin both comes together and there are many people those who spend lot of time by itching ashy legs, licking lips, and caring cracked hands. But, there are less number of intelligent people those who maintain a balanced winter dry skin care routine in order to prevent their skin from drying. However, if you are prone to dry skin during the cold winter weather, you need not resign yourself to your fate. Here are some simple tips on how to make a balanced (less time consuming) dry winter skin care regimen.


The main cause of dry skin is low moisture means shortage of water in the air. This water shortage results in dry skin. Therefore, if you want to prevent dry skin, you should take some extra measures for controlling the humidity in your environment and keep it locked into your skin.

Moisturizer


Moisturizing the skin is very important part of your skincare regimen especially in the dry winter season. Use lotions and body creams for giving your skin a protective layer in order to hold in the water that keeps it supple. If you are currently using a light body lotion, switch to a richer formula when the temperature drops. Doing so will feed thirsty skin and keep out the drying effects of the cold with a thin oily layer. Use moisturizer on daily basis. Use warm water rather than using hot water because hot water will strip off the natural oils from the skin , which is the cause of dry skin. Wear chap stick, especially when going outdoors, to keep your lips from cracking in low humidity.



Diet



Diet selection is also important for getting gorgeous skin in winter. Your body needs moisture inside as well as out to keep the skin lush and healthy. Try to avoid unhealthy skin foods such as alcohol, coffee, tea and sodas these products are also known for causing dehydration making your skin dull and aged. Increase your daily water intake and try to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water.



Exfoliation



Exfoliate your skin at least once a weak in order to remove dead skin cells. Every three days or so, you should also use a mild exfoliant like an oatmeal soap or complexion scrub on your face. Pumice stones are great for removing coarse skin from the heels of the feet and are available at most drugstores. Avoid over exfoliation.



Humidity Control



Use humidifier in your house in order provides your skin with extra moisture or if you want you can also use plants in your home.



Protection



Take every measure for protecting your skin from dehydration like put on gloves while using detergents or other household cleaning stuff. Take care of your feet when you are home, wearing cotton socks or slippers instead of going barefoot.
