Not only does water flush toxins from our body, but it also flushes it from our skin. Therefore, try your best to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of fresh water daily.
Water is the best gift to us by our mother nature. Pure water is the best for health and other bodily functions rather than drinking any water based fluids like coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices etc. Water keeps your skin hydrated to prevent drying and wrinkles.
Try to drink a glass of water upon arising in the morning and before going to bed, each night. This action will help you to prevent dehydration; it also ensures that two of your daily servings are cover.
Try to drink a glass of water before each meal as this will helps to fill you up so you can eat less if you are trying to lose weight.
Try to take every opportunity to hydrate your skin by drinking in order to do so, try to keep water bottle with you when you are going outside.
