We all know that exercises have been one of the most important parts of our life. It is true that exercise has always benefited us in many ways, directly or indirectly.
But, due to our unhealthy lifestyle habits and pollution we are bounded to have some or the other problems. Lack of exercise and unhealthy life style are responsible for causing premature aging that starts reflecting on your face in the form of wrinkles, lines, double chin, sagging of the muscles and many other things.
Facial exercises are really helpful in preventing wrinkles and sagging. Facial exercise for skin care are used to give your skin extra glow and younger looking flawless skin. (that extra glow which has disappeared from your face for a very long time).
Facial exercises for skin care:
Sharpen your jaws line and slap on your face very lightly using backhand for at least 30 times.
Upward stroking movement on your face helps relax your mind and body.
Curl your lips in to your mouth and try to bowl air through your mouth without opening your mouth. This would help to stretch your muscles around the mouth and also help you to remove small lines. Count up to 5 while doing this exercise and relax, repeat this at least 10 times for better results.
For lips – suck your figure as hard as possible and slowly remove it. Do this exercise for at least 10 times.
For double chin – Sit straight on the chair, look at the ceiling, Close your lips and make them round , count up to 20 and relax your head by bring head back to its normal position.
