- Make a proper and regular exercise regime and try to go for an exercise on a regular basis. Exercise helps reduce stress and wrinkles. It is a proven and well known fact that exercise keeps you healthy and also you can sustain a healthy skin.

- Wash your face once in a day because over washing will drain out oil and moisture from your skin which results in rough, scratchy and dry skin.

- Try to keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Dehydrated skin is more prone to wrinkles.

- Al last eat healthy – live healthy. Make a healthy diet menu and include lot of fruits and vegetables in to it.
