Pimples are well known for causing irritation and frustration and irritation. The real cause of pimple is clogged pores due to various reasons, but mostly found in the people those who are suffering from acne like condition. Here are some skin care tips for pimples:

- Give your skin some space to breathe therefore; try to wash your face at least twice a day in order to remove all types of impurities, oils and make ups from your skin.

- Exfoliate you skin at least once a week.

- If you suffer from acne, wash your hair daily. This helps keep the oil from your hair and head from making its way down onto your face.

- Avoid popping or picking, as these actions can push the infection further into your skin, and might even lead to scarring.

- Avoid oil based make up products. Always try to go for water-based non-comedogenic makeup products.

- Avoid too much sun exposure. Tanning is also responsible for causing pimples.

- Try to use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acids based facial wash or choose a herbal face wash for your good. You can also apply a lotion that contains these acne treatments.

- Stress is also known for causing pimples and other skin related problems. Try to stay stress free through yoga, meditation or any other stress reliving activities.

- Drink plenty of water because water acts as a natural cleanser that helps eliminate toxins.

- Make a mixture by mixing vinegar with some salt and gently rub your entire face. Let it stay on your face for around 30 minutes and wash it off with your normal face wash.

- Mint juice can be also used on acne prone skin. Apply mint juice on affected skin, before going to bed at night. Leave the mint juice on your face overnight.

- Apply a paste of mashed cucumber paste to your face. Leave it on for at least 10 to 15 minutes and wash with your normal face wash. Cucumber will help moisturize the skin and provide plenty of vitamins for your skin.

- Try to take 50 mg. zinc daily for at least 1 month. Try to go for zine rich foods rather than going for tabs. Some good sources of zinc are milk and cheese, yeast, peanuts, beans, and wholegrain cereals, brown rice, whole wheat bread, potato and yogurt. Of all these vegetarian zinc foods, pumpkin seeds offer one of the most concentrated non-meat food sources of zinc.
